REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Your Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed! We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund of purchase price (less shipping) upon return of item in sealed & sellable condition, within 30 days of purchase if not completely satisfied. Items returned more than 30 days beyond purchase date may be accepted on a case by case basis subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. If item is exchanged or refund is requested due to our fault, (ie. damaged or missing parts), we will ship replacement free of charge. However if exchange is beyond our scope and/or not due to any error on our behalf and/or not due to damage or missing parts, then normal shipping charges will apply for refund or exchange of item.

DVD-R/VIDEO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Please note that not all DVD Players are compatible with DVD-R media. Please confirm that your player is compatible before making a purchase. If DVD-R purchases are returned as non-compatible with your player, we will be happy to refund purchase price or exchange for a similar VHS Video title however all related S&H is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed. Regular shipping fees will be charged to send alternate item. If an opened video is returned due to damage or errors it may be exchaged for same title only. NTSC/PAL. We indicate the compatibility format of each video prior to purchase. We cannot refund for non-compatible video formats.

CREDIT CARD POLICY/PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Optima, Discover, and PayPal. YOU MUST HAVE A VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND CONFIRMED ADDRESS FOR PAYPAL. With Credit Cards, the charge will appear on your statement as SINGULAR SELECTIONS. With us, and with any vendor, we kindly ask that if you do not recognize the company name on your credit card statement that first you make an initial effort to contact the company in question to verify the charge before filing a formal claim or "Chargeback". Most folks are not aware that we are assesed a non-refundable $15.00 fee for every charge back, even if the charge is correct and valid. At such a time, once identified, we may require a signed verification of the charge in question. We reserve the right to pass this charge on to the customer for reimbursement if it is not due to our error. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/ORDERS SHIPPED TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS: Due to the high incidence of Credit Card fraud, we reserve the right to request written verification of charge with cardholder signature before shipping any order.

If you wish to pay via CHECK or MONEY ORDER, start to place an order online & enter your shipping information when requested on the order screen. When you get to the payment screen you will see that the system will have calculated Shipping & Handling based on your shipping address. Make note of the total with Shipping & Handling and then you can exit the window without entering any Credit Card details. Mail this total to our address above along with your shipping details and email address. We only use your email address if there are questions about your order and to send you a confirmation for both receipt of your payment and once item has shipped. Don't forget to include which item(s) you wish to purchase. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR PHONE TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS BEFORE SENDING US PAYMENT VIA MAIL.

BACKORDERS/AVAILABILITY: We make every effort to have the items you select in stock and/or available for prompt shipment from us or our distributors, however often certain items sell at odd times in odd quantities and we may temporarily not have a model, videotape, T-Shirt size and/or item in stock. We also work with several vendors that DROP SHIP and their stock availability may change quickly without our knowledge. With any backorder status we will contact you via email to advise you of the situation and with an estimate of re-stock time and/or make an alternate suggestion. With this specialty market is it near impossible to always predict the fluctuating public demand, so your patience and understanding are most appreciated!

PRICING POLICY: Please note that all current models and standard stock items still in manufacture and distributed are listed at or near suggested retail price. Pricing for collectible vintage memorabilia and related items is based on an average of current public value/cost as found for similar items on other commercial internet sites such as Ebay, and other competitive vendors. We make no representation that any such price is a definitive value of any such item as collectible values vary. Such items may be found elsewhere for less or for more.

WE SHIP ANYWHERE: Domestic US and/or Internationally! Due to some recent loss and damage to packages beyond our control, our policy now includes basic insurance and a US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation or Tracking number for all domestic orders (with the exception of First Class Mail which does not allow for Delivery Confirmations).

In an effort to simplify shipping we have implemented new standard option: "Domestic Shipping" which will be by the most expedient and economical method utilizing USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or Fedex Ground based on size and weight of package.International customers may select Internatioinal First Class. Most International Orders with a value of over $25.00 will ship via International Priority Mail. Larger value or heavy items may ship via Courier such as UPS or FEDEX. The US Post Office no longer offers Surface Mail. Please Note that International First Class can take from 5-10 Days once mailed. Most orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt as long as item is in stock.

FEDEX/EXPEDITED SHIPPING: We can ship Fedex Express Next or 2nd Day air same day by special request as long as order is received prior to 2PM East Coast time on a standard Business Day (M-F). Please note that Fedex 2nd Day Orders received on a THURSDAY will be delivered on the next MONDAY as Fedex 2nd Day Air does not deliver on a Saturday. The surcharge for 2nd Day Air service starts at $25.00 and up and Next Day Air starts at $35.00 and up based on size and weight of package. Please Email us your request and we will reply as fast as possible. Please note we may not be able to expedite your package same day, in which case we will contact you before processing the order.

Shipping refunds are only given when Fedex/Shipping Service confirms that there has been a delay in shipping that resulted from their negligence and they issue a credit back to Singular Selections E-stores. This verification can take up to 14 days. Once we receive confirmation that shipping service will refund the shipping cost, we will pass on the shipping refund to customer. Normally, shipping services will not issue refunds due to "Acts of God" such as weather delays.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES: If a package shipped via Fedex or US Postal Service shows as DELIVERED to the correct address, however customer claims package has not been received, we will provide proof of delivery and file a claim for loss with the appropriate service. We cannot guarantee the outcome of such claims and all decisions and potential adjustments are up to Fedex/US Postal Service. Their decision and credit amounts (if any) may differ from original order total and shall be final. We will always provide proof of shipment to customer, however once a package leaves our hands we have no further control over delivery. We will assist in processing a claim, but such matter is between customer and shipping service. You can request a SIGNATURE SERVICE for an additional surcharge, however to keep shipping costs reasonable we do not require signatures.

As a result "Domestic Shipping" which includes Replacement Insurance, Handling and Delivery Confirmation & starts at $6.25 and up based on weight. Our Shipping Charges include postage/shipping plus the cost to cover our expense of materials which may include corrugated shipping boxes, JiffyLite padded envelopes, tape, protective materials (bubble wrap, peanuts etc). The Yahoo!Store software automatically quotes shipping based on a minimum weight and is only an estimate that may not reflect actual charges. We reserve the right to adjust shipping as required and will advise if we must apply a higher rate than is automatically quoted. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY FEES, TAXES AND/OR AN IMPORT CLEARING AGENCY FEE AS COD AT POINT OF DELIVERY. THESE FEES AND TAXES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
